New members start with a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do nothing, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at $19.99 per month.

How to request a refund

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact Sanctuary Pathways Support through the support channels inside the Service. Include the email used at sign-up so we can locate your order.

You can also manage your subscription, view invoices, and update your payment method directly through the secure customer billing portal from the Manage Membership page.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Membership page or through the secure customer billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; if you are within the 30-day window, you may also request a refund of your most recent payment by contacting Sanctuary Pathways Support.
