1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Soulful Sexology Sanctuary LLC ("Soulful Sexology Sanctuary," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of Sanctuary Pathways (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Sanctuary Pathways is an educational and self-reflection experience for shadow work, self-forgiveness, intimacy liberation, grounding, and reflective writing invitations. It is intended for personal growth and self-discovery.

The Service is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or emergency support. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified provider.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, send spam, or harass others;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• interfere with the Service's security or availability (no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical limits);
• resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service outside the plan you have purchased.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, written invitations, artwork, branding, and other materials that make up the Service are owned by Soulful Sexology Sanctuary LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial reflection within the plan you purchase.

Your private reflections and journal entries remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

Sanctuary Pathways is offered as a paid membership: a 3-day free trial, then $19.99 per month, billed automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or through the secure customer billing portal.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Customers can manage subscriptions, billing information, and payment methods through the secure customer billing portal. For billing questions, refunds, or account assistance, please contact Sanctuary Pathways Support. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability & no warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your license to use the Service ends; your private reflections may be exported or deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Soulful Sexology Sanctuary LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
